3/10 of Cataroise
3/10 of Fine Brandy
3/10 of melon juice
Mix well the cocktail and serve it very fresh with
balls of melon.

blackberries

bottom of Blackberries cream or Bilberries
1/3 of Cataroise
2/3 of Blanquette of Limoux or dry sparkling wine
The whole must be served frozen.

bases coconut milk
2/10 of white Rum
5/10 ofCataroise
1/10 pineapple juices
Decorate with a district of pineapple and with 2 pricked
cherries in a cocktail stick.

cream of fishing or apricot
1/3 of fresh orange juice
1/3 of Cataroise
Stir up and serve it fresh.

old Cataroise
1/3 of Fine Brandy
1 egg
Mix and muscade it slightly.
Serve it frozen.
