La Cataroise du Comte de Fontseranne, nommée aussi la Cartagène ou Carthagène...


Cocktails with the Cataroise of Comte de Fontseranne


Cocktail containing melon

1/10 cane sugar syrup
3/10 of Cataroise
3/10 of Fine Brandy
3/10 of melon juice

Mix well the cocktail and serve it very fresh with balls of melon.
 

Imperial Cocktail with blackberries
 
A bottom of Blackberries cream or Bilberries
1/3 of Cataroise
2/3 of Blanquette of Limoux or dry sparkling wine

The whole must be served frozen.

 
Beziers of the islands
 
2/10 of drink… bases coconut milk
2/10 of white Rum
5/10 ofCataroise
1/10 pineapple juices

Decorate with a district of pineapple and with 2 pricked cherries in a cocktail stick.

 
The pêcheroise
 
1/3 of cream of fishing or apricot
1/3 of fresh orange juice
1/3 of Cataroise

Stir up and serve it fresh.

 
The flip cathare
 
2/3 of old Cataroise
1/3 of Fine Brandy
1 egg

Mix and muscade it slightly.
Serve it frozen.
