The Cataroise of Comte de Fontseranne is a traditional product of Béziers. Some consume it with aperitif, others privilege it with the dessert, in melon or on the foie gras. It is a out-of-date aperitif of long years out of barrels of oak based on brandy of wines and grape juice.

Cataroise comes from a Greek word which means "pure".

Cataroise : it is the sun of the South in your bottle.

The "Cataroise de Béziers" is one of the only product "de Béziers".
