The purpose of our Trade union is to help
the producers of this traditional productin the development
of their product, according to standards of quality, in
the defense of name CATAROISE, and to obtain a reduction
in the taxes so that this product that is to say accessible
to the greatest possible number of consumers, and to defend
thus the excellence of the quality of the wine products
of Béziers.
Our Trade union is affiliated with the "Confederation
of the Liqueur wines in Controlled Label of origin"
