At 5 o'clock in the evening, the summer, on the Alleys Paul Riquet, in the heart of Béziers
, the old ones were found, glass of Cataroise to the hand, joked together and forged the friendship.

A bottle of Cataroise is preserved years, even open,
but it is necessary that it is maintained right.
The CATAROISE is always tasted very fresh, even frozen,
without never not adding ice floes !

It is drunk in Aperitif or wine of dessert.

It is delicious in a good melon and does not deteriorate
qualities of melon like some other products...

A tradition says that when a woman could not have children,
with the Holy Catherine (owner of Cataroise), it drank CATAROISE...
it became pregnant in the year!!! Opinion with the amatrices.
At the birth of a child, an old tradition wants that one puts a bottle of CATAROISE
of the year on side and that one offers it to the child the day of his marriage.
A "fourchue" tongue anime la colère, animates anger,
but Cataroise joins together friendly truths.

Cataroise remarkably accompanies the Foie gras (on one
slightly hot settee).

That of world appreciates the CATAROISE while eating
a good piece of Roquefort . Why not test it?

You gorgot to refregirate it ... no problem!...
you are far-sighted, because the summer, you envisaged to put some grains of large muscatels at the freezer...
thus, you will be able to present it at your friends, with two or three grapes congélé in glass...
that will not add water nor will not deteriorate its invaluable flavours and that will be original!

Light a dépot can sometimes occur at the bottom of a bottle of Cataroise.
It is the sign of a completely natural quality of this one and of anything
its smoothness does not deteriorate.
